Financial Literacy & Financial Inclusion

Raised Funds

Financial Literacy is another issue having a great importance for economic development of the rural women, farmers and youths. Without financial literacy one cannot step into the formal system of financial upliftment. Opening Bank Accounts, running the same for business transaction, getting the benefit of government schemes and bank loans, repaying the same accordingly, self insurance are the main topics to discuss in Financial Literacy Programmes. SNEHPAD organised many such programmes involving NABARD, Bank, NRLM and LICI officials as Resource Persons. The group targeted for the programmes mainly are farmers, unemployed youths, women, SHGs and small businessmen
